    1. Acceptance

    By creating an account on Courtlux ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Courtlux is operated from Luxembourg and subject to Luxembourg law.

    2. The Service

    Courtlux is a platform that connects sports players in Luxembourg. We facilitate match organization between users but do not operate sports venues or courts. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of venues.

    3. User Accounts

    You must be at least 16 years old to use Courtlux. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person, one account.

    4. User Conduct

    You agree to: use the platform respectfully, show up to matches you join, report results honestly, and not spam or abuse the chat or match creation features. Violation may result in account suspension.

    5. Content

    You retain ownership of content you post (profile info, messages). By posting, you grant Courtlux a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.

    6. Liability

    Courtlux is provided "as is". We are not liable for injuries during matches, disputes between players, or venue-related issues. Use the platform at your own risk.

    7. Termination

    You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg City.
